Your role
We are seeking a creative and talented Creative Project Manager Intern to join our Creative Team in our sunny Barcelona office. The ideal candidate will speak fluent Chinese and English, possess a keen interest in the mobile gaming industry and are familiar with concepts and creative projects in gaming.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Creative Services in facilitating communication between China-based stakeholders and Barcelona teams regarding creative deliverables. Monitor task progress across team members, ensure alignment with project goals, and provide regular updates to the Creative Director.
- Involvement in the coordination with the AI team based in China
- Participate in the planning and coordination of international meetings and the follow-up of the goals set in those meetings
- Generate and control documentation to keep track of collaborations and ongoing projects
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Spanish would be a Plus.
- Currently enrolled and about to finish a degree in a gaming related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of creative concepts and projects (Static Images, UA Videos, Community Videos), and report-building (Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Highly capable problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Passion for gaming: Deep knowledge and passion for mobile video games. Play experience with FunPlus titles would be nice to have!
- An excellent eye for detail and a passion for quality.
