Your mission
Are you fluent in English? Want to kick-start your IT career in an international gaming company? We are looking for an IT Admin Intern to support our Game Studio in Lisbon.
As IT Administrator Intern at FunPlus you will be assisting our IT Administrator in delivering all IT solutions to our western offices. Furthermore, you will help to coordinate the IT activities related to the digital elements rollout for the Lisbon and western office branches (i.e. Windows/Mac, printers and video Zoom conferencing systems).
Your responsibilities
Support colleagues with day-to-day IT issues (laptops, accounts, software)
Assist with meeting room tech & hardware setup (Zoom, printers, etc.)
Set up and configure Windows & Mac devices
Help manage Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
Assist in network upgrades, post-testing after normal business hours to provide backup and on-call support.
Operate in a hybrid working environment with initial onsite support required
Document solutions and learn IT best practices from experienced professionals
Your skills and experience - What we are looking for:
University students enrolled in Computer Science, IT or a related field
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Atlassian tools. E.x. Confluence and Jira
Experience/knowledge in MS 365 and Google workspace
Proficient in Slack.
Comfortable with Windows and/or Mac basics
Good documentation skills
Ability to establish strong, trusted, and sustainable relationships with business and IT partners
Independent with strong project management ability
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Plus: Have already gained experience in IT support and IT maintenance.
Plus: Fluent in Mandarin
Agile mindset
Based in Barcelona and available for a hybrid internship (part-time or full-time)
